It's amazing how when you stop worrying and just allow the universe to do its thing, things just happen.
I've been stressing over a few things the past couple of weeks. I had one person tell me they would work on an intricate piece of my project then at the last minute they backed out. I had also been stressing over the fact that I needed legal advice and could not seem to find anyone to work with.
Not only did I find someone to pick up the project, that same person knew a couple of people with legal backgrounds....had the other person not backed out, I would probably still be looking for someone to help with all my legal needs...
We now have all the key players in place and are moving forward in huge leaps and bounds. I am not going to speculate on an official date to open my site, this was another thing stressing me out, when it's ready, it's ready and not a second sooner....but it will happen in May. ;)
Til next time, hugzzz

Newest addition
As of this weekend I now have an Editor in Chief. She will be in charge of all written content on my website...This is going to be a huge help to me. We are moving forward but it's looking more and more like we won't be opening up to the public until May.

just keep writing, just keep writing...
Even though I sent Lou back my edits earlier this week I can't tear myself away from my story. Lou not only edits, he teaches. I find myself catching a lot of little things and changing them. I'm really loving how my story is reading (which is saying a lot). I'm curious to see what changes Lou makes this time but I'm really excited to send him back the newest version, I think I'm 'getting it'.

website graphics
Liz sent me the new graphic for my website, really like it. Just one or two more changes and we've got it. She's also helping with the layout of the website, we should be going over that soon.
On an entirely different note, my kitty hurt her paw and now she's limping....:(
Anyway, I need to workout and play with my story a little bit tonight. I have a few changes I'd want to make.

2nd round of re-writes
Sent off my 2nd round of re-writes to Lou yesterday. I am really loving the changes and how the story is shaping up. This is a very interesting process. A bit nerve racking at times but fun none the less. I have a little breathing room for the next few days, at least until Lou send back another round of edits. At some point in time, I do plan on sharing the actual edits, and the original draft of my story, so that you can see the process and how much things change from one time to the next.
That's all for now, I have lots to do.
Have a wonderful week. hugzzz

My crazy world
OK, this is really odd for me but I guess if I'm going to let you in, I should just jump in head first.
My world has been turned upside down by all that is going on. I am trying to organize my day to day life. I have to do re-writes, exercise(getting in shape is a huge goal at the moment.), keep things moving with my website, and meet with people either in person or via telephone. Then there's my home life, cooking, cleaning, paying the bills, etc.
I can't even begin to imagine how my life is going to be once I am touring, filming, and writing the next novel...all at the same time.
If you know of any good, quick, and healthy recipes please pass them my way. If there really good, I'll post them on my website. (which will be opening later this month or early next month).
And if there's anybody out there who would like to join me on my weight loss quest, drop me a line.
I need to get back to my re-writes so I can get them back to Lou.
Have a wonderful week....hug, hug

progress
Hey everyone,
This is my first official blog so bear with me.
April is now upon us and I'm feeling the pressure to get my website up and running, yet I feel like I'm stuck in neutral.
While I am trying to concentration on my re-writes, I'm finding it a bit difficult because there is still so much to do in regards to my website. My website is more about YOU than me, and I want it to be perfect.
This week we are putting the finishing touches on a Power Point, streamlining the site and adding tons of text so you know how to use the site.
I prefer clean and easy to use sites so that is exactly what mine must be.
I have some truly amazing people helping me out: my webmaster Reve, my graphics designer and PA Liz, and Toianna and Suellen both brilliant writers who are helping me with my bio and overview. Thanks to these wonderful people the site will be open soon.
I will now be posting weekly...If there is anything you would like to know please feel free to ask.
Until next time, hugz
